UPDATE- AS OF 8/30/2025 PARKER COGGINS HAS BEEN RELEASED FROM CUSTODY AND IS AT LARGE IN THE COMMUNITY AND NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST HIM AS OF 10/21/2025. NO ANSWERS OR PLANS TO CHARGE HIM HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY THE LAKE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

TOVARS MURDER TRIAL IS SET FOR DECEMBER 3RD 2025 AT 8AM AT THE COUNTY OF LAKE SUPERIOR COURT, 255 N FORBES ST LAKEPORT CA.

Vicente Zeta Colacion, 32, was murdered in Lakeport, California on January 31st 2025. He was lured out of the bar The Clear Club by individual Parker Coggins. Behind the bar at Library park the two were fighting and a second individual, Joshua Tovar, shot and killed Vicente in cold blood. The two murderers ran and left Vicente there to die. There is more to what happened and we need to find out why this happened.
